Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Your order will be handled by us and sent to you with PostNL, DPD, or DHL. Tracking information will be sent to the provided email address.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We will pack your order within 24 hrs after receiving your order. This goes for all working days (Monday to Friday), if your order is placed in the weekend, we will get it ready for shipping the next working day. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we definitely do. Additional duties and taxes may be charged by duties. 

Do I receive a printed invoice with the order?

You will receive your invoice in your inbox. A printed version will not be added to your package.

The most common payment methods are accepted, such as iDeal, PayPal and credit card.

How do I place an Order?

An order can be placed in our webshop. If by any chance you are having difficulty placing the order or you would like to know more about the retail options, then you can always send an email to sales@entrrstudio.com and we will place your order manually. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once you have placed your order, you cannot change or cancel it. However, you can always send us an email to sales@entrrstudio.com and we can see how we can help you with, for example address changes. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Your will receive a tracking code in your inbox. Haven’t received it? Please email sales@entrrstudio.com, so we can solve the issue. 

How Can I Return a Product?

If you change your mind or are not happy about your purchase, you can return your product within 14 days after the delivery of your order.

Send us an e-mail to sales@entrrstudio.com with your name, order number, and what you will return. We will then forward you the return form to add to your package.

The returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The costs for returning the items are at your expense. To make sure it arrives at our headquarters safe and sound, we highlight recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the good and make sure to get a tracking number for your shipment.

Once your returned item has arrived, we’ll need 6-8 business days to process it. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank account.
